I stopped smoking, drinking coffee and alcohol 30+ years ago. Now I eat what some would regard as boring meals. High on legumes, almost no red meat and mostly chicken, turkey or fowl. No cokes or sodas. Purified water with fluoride filtered out. Yummy, right? 😋
Giving up coffee is hard--I've done it a couple of times and then gone back.
Right now, my meals are even more boring than yours--I'm fasting 23 hours and then 1 hour of eating carnivore. Trying to work up the mental strength for longer fasts.
LOL! I've actually been cheating too. I got off the coffee and then slowly started slipping in black iced tea w/stevia. I started with just one cup, but now I'm up to five. Caffeine is a hard habit to break!

I confess to popping one 200 mg. caffeine tab each morning to give me a jump-start for the day. 😂
