What can we do? We tried to talk to a pilot one day, not long ago because we could see a smaller airplane around our trailing heavily something that looked slick grayish. We tried to ask him he sees these phenomena often. He remained reserved and said: sometimes. It was somewhat strange.
We thought he certainly knows what's going on.
I think we the people could/should target and pressure the airlines. Call them out, shame them and ultimate boycott them.
The first evidence that I personally came across was the Ho Chi Min Trail in Vietnam. The information has been available for many years. Our military geo engineered a constant deluge of rain over the trail for an advantage allegedly.
